The sadness of school is a 2007 French Lenodo award for the story of an inferior person who gives up his future and is imprisoned in the present forever. Although he is now a popularly loved writer, the author of his childhood admits that he was ‘ an inferior person who took a year to break one alphabet. ’. Pag, who lived in a lonely life that was never able to do what he had to do, met passionate teachers and became a teacher who taught countless inferiors like himself. According to the book, unable children are told stories about adult life without future and experience in advance the grief that adults put into their minds. They become obsessed with fear that they will not be anything. But author emphasizes that the grief of school can be effectively cured only through class time. The book, by Daniel Peak, a world writer who stands in the classroom and interacts with students, has drawn a warm, humorous look at the emotional pain of inferior students, parents and teachers. The book, with its autobiographical memory and inner dialogue, encourages that children need only ‘a passionate teacher, ’ not an educational or instructive subject.
