Christian Management Research Institute et al.: BAM: Living the Gospel in the Business World
The book deals with the Gospel and the situation. We must note that, as our people have always been, our lives will be filled with the gospel of eternal truth, while the Koreans and all the places of global life are largely business. Business used to remind us of business and economic areas and of somebody's start-up and corporate operation, but now it's much more extensive. Business was caught up behind medical care, as was the word business behind social welfare, education, culture and media. That's how much more it is to make sure that the logic of money has penetrated and expanded in our lives. Our lives as Gospel students are also a time of unprecedented capitalism. As the global urbanization-syntheticization phenomenon, the use of smartphones is fundamental to locals on missionary sites abroad, and it is now necessary to consider their social-economic situation in terms of missionary contact. From the foregoing, we have seen in turn what perspectives should we live with as God's people in the business world, whose money has become so powerful that we can see what missionary lifestyles should be in the world. Chapter one dealt with the Minneal Lifeisms, two and three sets of interviews with corporate representatives who actually live as BAMers in business situations, in the fields of the country and in the field of missionary work, learning about the way they look at labor, work, money, and markets.
