Choi Young-jin: International Waste Management Act
The article has a goal of setting down a broad field of waste, international treaties and foreign laws, and discussing the improvements in providing a negative side of the system to solve the waste problem, which is global interest. In chapter two, we will review the development of marine-stratege control, which is based on the concept of a highly defined global agreement on waste and other materials against marine envy in London, and then study the financial expansion of oceanic ventures and the expansion of the jurisdictional scope of coastal countries to enforce the environmental obligation of marine ventures. Chapter three will analyze the background and main content of the London protocol for managing marine geoengineering operations, and examine the validity of the expansion of the code. Chapter four is a major factor in studying the limits of applying current laws of responsibility in the field of marine pollution, particularly in the area of the Space law against radioactive pollution. In addition to existing international documents on waste marine ventures, the study focuses on the normative meaning and interpretation of these things based on professional ocean-related books and papers.
