Choi Young-ho: Trends in Korea-Japan Relations (2015-2016)
The two countries of the United States, at the end of '30, have been struggling to reach a diplomatic conclusion in Japan’s Security Department. However, because of the lack of adequate communication between victims and civil society, Korean opinion has shown a negative assessment that money is trying to change past perceptions. Japanese policy authorities and social opinion expressed distrust of South Korea for not trying to implement diplomatic agreements. The liberal argument of Japanese society, which has shown a positive attitude toward the reasonableness of traditional relations, has been drastically turned into negative perception. In '20, Japan passed the settlement money to Korea in advance of a diplomatic agreement, and South Korea established the Reconciliation and Healing Foundation for the Women's Family and the Victims and the Family. The foundation focuses on a diplomatic agreement between the day and the year, and tries to deliver the settlement in accordance with the fair procedure, but Korean media and public opinion have been less responsive. And as it became clear that a diplomatic agreement had been made around the destruction of the comfort girl, the agreement did not work with a moment of rejuvenation. And since October of '20, when Park Hye-hye has been in the grip of the National Agricultural Party, no one can expect to recover diplomatic relations for a day.
