The smartphones have a high-hand performance, mobileity and anti-relational connection to various networks and contain sensors that can measure the water quality of the environment, which can be used for various purposes. And because of software distribution systems like Google Play and App Store, it can also be very expensive to develop applications. Until recently, various studies and development have been made on the scientific use of smartphones and the applications are rapidly expanding. There are many applications for collecting, storing, analyzing and visualizing field data in the field of geo-servation. In particular, recent attempts have been made to use various sensors on smartphones to create new devices that are not possible with existing single- equipment-based solutions. For the last decade, authors who have been working on technology and software development in the field of geo-stationary resources have thought that the energy of the intellectual sector needs to be learned about intelligence technology (artificial intelligence, the Internet, cloud computing, big data, mobile devices, etc.) and particularly how to improve mobile app development, such as smartphones. And I had a dream of a project that was used as a textbook for colleges, graduate school courses, or that would be available to students and staff in the field of geo-stational resources.
