Quite a lot of the answers or explanations in the reconstructed past exams are wrong. People usually study for these exams by focusing on past questions, so having them presented this way is very disappointing.
It's nice to be able to review a wide range of material all at once and check my understanding with various questions, including past exam questions.
The material is extensive, but I think it's organized in detail to match. I like that it includes recent past exam questions.
After taking another company's ADsP exam, I started studying for the Big Data Analyst exam with this book, but honestly, the content is organized in an unhelpful way... It's not good-quality material for beginners. There isn't a separate page where you can look things up in a keyword index, and above all, the reconstructed past questions don't seem to line up very well with the subject layout... It's not worth keeping. Since I'd already bought it, I forced myself to study with it, but I regret
There are many more typos than in the previous edition. I expected the 30-day curriculum to be packed with useful material, but there are lots of typos, and quite a few predicted questions don't match the content or organization, which made it very hard to absorb. I already had some basic knowledge and still found it very difficult, so please keep that in mind.
The material is neatly organized in tables, and videos are included, so it's great for studying!
Even if your goal isn't to pass the Big Data Analyst written exam, this seems like a good book to study if you want to learn about big data analysis. The videos provided through the cafe community and the materials are both pretty high quality. I'm using it to pass the written exam, and I like the approach—it feels like memorizing through understanding. There are also lots of questions, so I'm very satisfied!
It seems well organized, and I like that it includes lots of recent past exam questions and examples.
‘Everything About the Big Data Analyst Exam’—A helpful guide even for non-majors. After building a foundation by earning the ADsP (Advanced Data Analytics Semi-Professional) certification, I chose this book to deepen my knowledge. It was full of thorough explanations and practical examples. Advantages: 1. Detailed explanations: The material is explained very thoroughly, making it easy for non-majors to understand and greatly improving one's overall grasp of data analysis. 2. Real-world examples
I majored in IT, but this was my first time taking on the big data field, so I bought a book from iReport! The tagline ‘Pass the Big Data Analyst exam in 30 days’ was really tempting. I wondered whether I could really master the written exam in 30 days, but I took a chance and studied hard for two hours after work each day for 30 days, completing one full read-through. (Actually, I skipped weekends and mostly reviewed.) I plan to focus on review until the written exam! I only listened to the
Choi Woo-seul et al.: Everything about the 2025 Big Data Analyst
This 2025 study guide prepares candidates for the written exam for the Big Data Analyst certification, thoroughly analyzing and reflecting the latest testing trends. Rather than focusing on memorizing past questions from a question bank, it emphasizes clearly explaining core concepts so readers can handle modified questions, and presents them in a way that is easy for non-majors to understand. In particular, it clearly explains statistical concepts and machine-learning algorithms that candidates often find difficult. The book was written based on the exam guidelines published by the Korea Data Agency, the administering organization, and includes reconstructed questions from the 2nd through 8th exams with detailed explanations.
