As a teacher, I wanted to instill a sense of pride in being Korean in students at overseas Korean schools by allowing them to learn about and experience Korean history and traditional culture. Furthermore, I wanted to conduct in-depth research on cultural diversity and practice global citizenship education. Personally, I also wanted to travel to various parts of the world to recover my weary mind and body. I came here to put these two goals into practice. “A happy teacher creates happy students.” This proposition is simple yet clear. I will do my utmost to consistently become a happy individual and a happy teacher.
