Choi Jeong-ho: Letters: Correspondence from Fifty-Five People with whom I formed a connection

Professor Choi Jeong-ho (1933-), a distinguished scholar of our time who has devoted his entire life to the two worlds of journalism and academia, has revealed 150 letters from 55 deceased individuals among the countless letters he received throughout his life through the book *Letters*. The subjects of these letters span two generations, from those born in the 1880s of the 19th century to those born in the 1950s of the 20th century. The list of subjects is incredibly diverse, ranging from figures in Germany whom the editor, Professor Choi Jeong-ho, met while studying abroad after graduating from the Department of Philosophy at Seoul National University, to prominent scholars, journalists, writers, painters, musicians, politicians, and publishers of the past with whom he formed close friendships while working in academia and journalism in Korea after his return.
