No one will ever know that the meeting is important. That's the proof we make of this meeting. But are we really digesting the meeting like we eat? I've been thinking about that a lot lately. My friends and friends say the meeting is too bad. And it was a book that came out when it was really necessary. I'm going to read it again and again, and I'll recommend it as a solution to a difficult meeting for the people around me.
The convention culture is a barometer for organized culture. A book that tells us the shortcut to true organized culture.

Choi Ik-seong: Meeting culture innovation
Are there people who don't live in a book conference that really thinks about what the meeting means? We often hold meetings. A small meeting? From large conferences, we have many meetings. Meetings and meetings are part of our daily life, even though we may not be the ones who work in corporations or public organizations. At this moment, meetings will be going on somewhere. Meetings should be fun. No, it has meaning. Free thinking and opinions are coming and the creativity of the group must burst forth. But what about our reality? How does it feel to have a meeting? After the meeting, does it make sense? Does it motivate you to do something? It's not, is it? We can make plans, solve problems, extract ideas, get support and cooperation, receive praise and encouragement through meetings. So when you say you have a meeting, you should be happy and don't know what to do. But the reality is, we should have a meeting. 'You're upset first,' the leader says. The actual meeting satisfaction of the workers is very low. Why is it that we have a fake meeting that is less satisfied? So he asked a lot of original questions about what the real meeting is and how to make it. Changing meetings not only brings work and improvements, but also increases leadership and changes in organizational culture. This book, which is based on a project experience in the absence of proper data on the development of conference culture, is a good guide for thinking a lot about the true meaning of meetings. Doubts of the usual meeting.
