Bu Gil-man: Speaking of Local Communities and Democracy

I spoke with a medialogist and publisher, Bougainman Colollmann, and democracy. The Boginman teacher, who has taken over as president of the Children's Book Research Council, a member of the Cultural Research Committee, a special committee of the Korean Publication Society, gathered columnes based on community and democracy from 2002 to '20. Why is 14 years old still valid? "Because the quality of our society is moving that slowly.". Now, in 2017, we feel that South Korean democracy is not being replaced but is retreating.
