I like that the book is sturdy since it is a board book, and the flaps are made of a fairly thick material so they don't tear easily. I learned a lot of new words while reading this book, and lately, we sometimes play a game of looking for the objects mentioned in the book at home. ^^ I think it is a book that allows for a variety of reading activities.
Our eldest, who was looking at the book, became interested in the remote control on the cover. Then, he ran off somewhere. He found the remote control. He brought it back and held it up to the picture of the remote. Then, he pointed his finger at the red button on the remote and the red button in the picture, haha. The book play has led to a real-life search game. These days, we are playing search games all over the house with our eldest while looking at this book.
