I opened the book and read it in one breath. As a female administrator, I have been searching for her insight and wisdom to get all of them in here. You're reading, put your knees down! And then I started looking back. If you knew this before, much easier, you would have done what you wanted. I liked it when I felt the writer's direct vivid experience from new employees to officers, and especially for women and primary officials, it was a good book to read once. I was particularly glad to read the book in a simple way, with its contents being a subject-related to every paragraph.
