Basic Income Korea Network: welfare state with basic income
The book is based on a series of books by Korean networking, which has been discussing since February of the year 2011 to bring in basic incomes to Korea. The basic income is cash that each member of the society regularly pays without any qualifications or conditions. Part 1 has shown that the need for basic incomes is now being introduced to the big shift, in which there are many-dimensional crises. Part 2 points to the limits of welfare systems based on old principles and explains the need for basic incomes to be combined. Part 3 suggests that the resources needed to run basic incomes include distribution tax, introduction of carbon taxes, tax reform, sharing shares, and the use of money-based interests. The fourth section provides a detailed basic income road map, which will discuss Part 2 and Part 3. The conclusion of this book is:.
