Description

This book has become a classic in this field since its first release in 2001. The book, which has given a new interpretation of the history of India from the Mugul Empire to the present, has affected students from all over the world who study this field. The last chapter in particular deals with a series of dramatic developments from 1990 to about 20 years, including the general election of the National Assembly in 2009, which is the rise of high-tech industries in India despite still being plagued by poverty and political unrest. The title of the book is basically a political subject, which focuses on narratives in dealing with virtual and institutional structures that have sustained and changed India under British colonial rule and since 1947. And within the scope of political trends, there is a mix of Indian social and economic development and rich cultural life.
