Ban Sang-jin: Reorganizing the Korean university system
Our country's education versus education has to start with the new way of making college systems. There are two reasons. First, it is necessary to solve the problem of the extremely advanced university hierarchy, the student structure and the polarization of education, which is a black hole in Korean education. To do so, we need to look for a institutional change in the way that we build good college narratives in different areas by expanding the lower levels of the prestigious universities not known to the leading universities in the capital centers. A university system of exchange for shared growth to balance status and space power by student punishment should be the key link in social reform. Second, because the Corona Pandemimic crisis, the economic crisis, health crisis, declining productivity age along the human cliff, and the subsequent reduction in super-mimulation and low-growth swamps, and a new challenge to change the system as we move into a fourth-grade industrial society. To do so, we need to redesign the existing university's competitive system into a partnership between colleges, re-designing them for their bio-development and quality-sloping and new future-based college competitiveness paradigms that universities are developing together. On the basis of this diet, it proposed the ‘Counctural Revolution for Public Growth’ and its basic structure offered 1) the building of the National Responsibility university support system; 2) the formation of a shared growth-based university union; (3) the development of a growing university diagnostic system. This is a new road you haven't been to.
