Baek Young-min: R-based network analysis
The concept of networking is very familiar to moderns. Social infrastructure, which is routinely encountered, including social media, water, electricity, the Internet, road networks, and other economic structures, are also being designed and managed with network concepts. In particular, recently it has been known that the concept of networks is very important to understand and prevent transmission of infectious diseases, as well as to deal with the corona 19 virus that is being spread through social networks. But analyzing the network data that is so widely used is not as simple as it might seem. Network data analysis is not consistent with traditional independent families which deal with relationships, as is the usual way of analyzing data. These make the process of analyzing and interpreting network data tricky, and because of the various problems encountered in the process, many researchers have been able to deal with network concepts and still avoid network analysis and modeling. The script is a framework that provides practical help to understand and use this conceptually complex and difficult network data analysis to help us in our research. The script uses R to show how to analyze network data and explain the process of measuring and interpreting models for testing the theory.
