A book that opens up new horizons in the history of Western philosophy
I trust and watch. It's good.
I ended up buying this while looking for a book with periodizations other than the history of Western philosophy.
The content is not easy. For beginners, I think it would be helpful to read an introductory book in Korean first and gain some knowledge before reading this.
Ancient Greek philosophy is the foundation of all philosophy.
I like that it is relatively easy to read compared to other heavy history of philosophy books.
I purchased all four volumes of Kenny's History of Western Philosophy. I had considered various books on the history of philosophy and deliberated, but as a layperson just beginning to learn philosophy, I thought this one would be the easiest. Since the price was exorbitant, I was determined to finish reading it, even if it meant stretching my budget a bit. However... if anyone is hesitating to buy this book for the same reasons as I was, I would recommend buying a different one. I do not
