The story of Olivia, a middle-aged student, who was in contact with young William during World War I and faced the present problem, is a novel white feather. The school is inspired to create the ‘cathed’ program, which is called the Constable School program, and so they want to join the program. But beginning with a conflict between mother and father who helped build the caratt, which is the school's military teacher, there is a division between children who are in favor of cathet and children who oppose it. For not being the same as he thought, children harass Olivia's best friend, Aiden, and she is on vacation because she can't take sides with him. Olivia, who has been with her father on the island of Lindispan during school vacation, meets William there. William is able to take the military, war and peace seriously, and find clues that can solve the conflict in school. The novel is a personal story called Olivia, but within it, conflicts revealed by society have led to children's divisions, adult fighting and influence the media and politics, which are also pointing to a system of social structure that flows in ways that are not personal intent.
