A major theory and key concept of local development has been developed on the green road by the Gianni area, which has been largely capturing social and environmental levels beyond economic and regional levels, with conceptual and local development as well as conceptually theoretical. So learning and teaching and studying local development should be used to adapt to the times, being sensitive to the specificity of the area and location. The theory of the current development textbook tended to be more like a presentation of the balanced theory of journalism, the disparity theory of access to Cannesism, and the critical perspective of Marxic political economics. In contrast, post-development, sustainability, evolutionary perspective, urban economics, neurogeography, and the recent regional development discourses are all involved.
