Ansé Hong, who takes pictures and writes letters, has been making contact with women who have been victims of Japanese sexual slavery in Asia for over 25 years. I met 140 women in China, the Philippines, Indonesia, East Timor (and tried to interview eight victims while going to Pyongyang in 2018), and didn't meet them, and Taiwan also did not speak to the victim but 21 of them in this book. Four South Koreans, four Chinese, five Indonesians, 4 Filipinos, and four East Timors died after interviewing eight of them. Being taken, jailed, sexually assaulted, abandoned. All of this is 70. 80 years have gone by and still remains in unquenchable scars. It is pointless to distinguish their pain from the consequences of the country, age, mobilization and duration, and the problem is that the author has met women who have been affected by the entire region of Asia, as far as the human rights issues caused by the Asian Pacific War are concerned. This is the only book in the whole of Asia. But even the Japanese people know only the victims of South Korea and China, and Southeast Asia is not interested in these women's problems, and it has few records left. As the war progressed, comfort centers were not installed in East Timor and Indonesia, the front lines of battle, and local women were forced to move.
