The Szek time Control Research Institute is a book that takes on a unique position in modern Turkish literature. Although modern Turkish literature, which dates back to the 19th century, depends on Western example from its beginning, the Tsai Tsun Institute of Control still follows the model of Western fiction and retains its own form and content. The late Ottoman hero, Hyari O'Dall, who was born in the late years of his life, is reminded of the ancient Turkish artist Kara Gotz, and also of his great psychological skills as Italian novelist Ithalbots. The novel, written in the memoir of Hyari Idaal, vice president of the Time Control Research Institute, is divided into two large sections: the first part reflects a few years of Turkish society just before the Ottoman Empire collapsed, and the second part draws the founding and dismantling process of the time-control institute after the first world war. The modernist Harit Ayarsi, who is a very accomplished speaker, has developed the Time Control Institute with ideas from Hyari Iridal, a clock-stuffed man. Harit Ayar, under the name of development and modern discipline, has managed to capture the hearts of high-ranking public officials and finally get financial support from the government...
