I'm a social worker at an alcoholic home, and I want to say it's a textbook, or a textbook that basically tells you why addicts talk and behave like this. The author of the book is also a doctor who treats alcoholism, and he's professional. The same thing is true of the anonymous alcoholics who came up with AA, but I don't think there's a book as neatly organized about addictive thinking as this one. I recommend the handwriting of people who are curious and want to understand the personality
